Protein Powder

Any recommended protein powders? Currently using BSN syntha-6, but want to widen my horizon a bit.
I've tried many other ones such as: ON gold standard, animal whey, myprotein whey, NOW whey protein, animal mass, dymatize, and more but I want to hear from the members.
Whey protein, whey protein isolate would be great. Thanks!

I haven't tried a ton but the best tasting protein powder I've found so far is Jym by a long shot. Only 4 flavors but IMO all 4 are great. It's a protein blend whey, casein, egg. It's a little spendy tho that's the downfall so I have just been using 1 scoop at night with some fairlife milk before bed while cutting as a sort of treat. I have been using MyProtein whey and casein for any other shakes during the day.

Lol I need to branch out an try one of their million flavors. All I have ever got is choc. I can't never find the good deals with diff flavors for the 10lb bag. Its always either choc, vanilla, or strawberry. I would like to get ahold of the cakebatter they have. What diff flavors have you tried EBK???

Its always either choc, vanilla, or strawberry. I would like to get ahold of the cakebatter they have. What diff flavors have you tried EBK???

I've never heard anything bad about ON and they seem to hold a solid reputation that's for sure. As far as ON I've tried chocolate, banana, cookies and cream, & blueberry cheesecake. All were decent except cookies and cream, barely finished that tub. Banana was probably my favorite and was good mixing with the chocolate.

Really? You're not the first person to tell me that, for some reason it doesn't upset my stomach at all. I don't use it that often though, scoop and a half mixed in with 2 cups of frozen fruit, 2 cups water a tbsp peanut butter and a quarter cup of oats so maybe having all that other stuff around it keeps me safe from stomach pains and mudslides in my pants lol

OP you have to try is, even if it is just once. You choose the type of protein you want and the percent of each in your "blend", add flavoring, etc. Very unique and completely custom to your needs. Highly recommend checking them out.

Body Fortress was caught "spiking" the protien levels in ther powder.... meaning there was far less actual protein isolates in the powder than label claims. They faked the tests by adding taurine which somehow showed up as protein content. I posted the findings a while back here. Arnold's muscle pharm protein was right under body fortress. You get what you pay for.

ON was what I used before true nutrition. Definitely a solid product.

I always do research on protein powders before buying because so many of them are spiked. Once I learned about what kind of shit goes on in your body when you take the spiked powder I decided it wasn't something to chince out on.

Interesting. Approximately how long ago was that? Do you think since they got caught scamming that it's safe to assume they got their act together?

Maybe next time around I'll get something a little better, just on my budget it's hard to justify spending 30-50 bucks on protein powder, ya know?

Haha I just visited the website and it looks legit. Pretty cool how you can add different kinds of protein and mix it.

Can't go wrong with ON or Purus Labs Myofeed. Both are backed by lab testing so you know your protein isn't being spiked. I know you can actually go on Purus Labs website and type in the PL number on the bottom of the tub to download the Certificate of Analysis for that batch.

Well I'm not EBK, but I tried a few ON flavors. Yeah I think the 10lber's only comes in choc, vanilla, strawberry, and rocky road. The rocky road is really good. White choc, mint choc, coconut choc, and cookies and cream are all excellent, but I add PB Fit Powder Peanut Butter to 'em and choc milk (post WO shake) and man its fucking amazing!! Lol

I was at GNC the other day and seen ON had these little 3 serving samples of blueberry cheesecake for $7 (pricey), but I love to try blueberry cheesecake shakes. I'll pick one up in the next day or two.

OP if you have a Complete Nutrition in your area, there V Core is pretty damn good....but its a little pricey as well.

@Seven Dog I usually buy my supplements online due to limited stored around my area. The best is either NutriShop or GNC or 1UP Nutrition. But all those stores are so damn pricey so I like sticking to online resources.

Im on the Mocha Capuccino right now. My favorite so far. I dont do strawberry or vanilla but accidently got the roasted peanut butter once and that tasted like burnt ass. My usual is the malt chocolate.
