My diet, need advice

B4 I every do cycling, I need to make sure my diet is very good. Right now this seems to be working for me (b4 i start cycling). I plan to increase 250-300 cal every other week when i start cycle for next 18 weeks, so by the end of cycle i would be doing like 5800 calories a day.

Current stats
5'8, 190lb , 15-20% bodyfat. Want to gain as much muscle as possible when on the cycle, so trying to fix my diet

Current mean plan:
meal 1
2 packets of maple oatmeal and 2 cups of 2% milk
30 min laterz
1.5 cup 2% milk
1 medium bananas
2 raw eggs

planning to add 100 gram of chicken and 1 banana or sweet potato in my meal every other week. Notice, I do not list as protein shakes in my plan, i would add 25g of whey protein when on cycle on my pre and post workout drink, but I don't count it to avoid replacing real food. I dunno how someone can do 10k calories a day. I night go go for more calories, depending upon my hunger. I will be following rich piana's bigger by the day workout plan.

Doesn't look bad to me. What's your reasoning for adding the extra calories in slowly? If it were me, I'd go right into the higher calories but I'm a big eater so it's not a problem. I would move the glutamine to post workout only.
 
Rich piana. Lol. This is your first cycle you're planning for? How many grams of gear a week?

Any workout/gear advice from that guy - do the opposite.

Rich Piana can make a decent point from time to time but often giving really poor advice ESPECIALLY where cycles and diet is concerned. His training methods can be interesting but still, not sure they are even good points - I don't think the diet he's doing here has any kind of backing. There is someone else on meso following his program I think but cannot remember who it is for sure ATM. If you are set on it then go for it but if I were you I'd start out with what you are planning to finish at as far as calories goes and see what kind of results you get.

dbol (1-4 weeks) (20mg 1st week, 30mg 2nd, then 50 the rest 3-4 weeks)
test e 600mg/week (200mg x 3 PER WEEK) for first 10 week, 400meg last 2week
tren E 400mg a week (1-8 weeks only)
Equipose 600mg

Had lot more stuff in it, but followed IronWill's advice and took them all out

@Eman, thanks for the info. I had some doubts about his diet, all it did was to make me doubt mine. Thats why I decided to show you all my plan. My optimal body would be 220-230 lb less than 6% bodyfat

If I am reading correctly, you're running your EQ and test e until you start PCT? You need to reconsider what you're doing, you do not appear to understand the basics of HPTA suppression, restoration and compound half lives.

EQ has an undecylynate ester. Half life is about 14 days. To get to near baseline (and thus ready to start PCT) you'll want to wait at least a month. There are several steroid cycle plotting programs on the net that will tell you when your EQ levels will be low enough to start PCT. Let me assure you, this cycle and PCT plan is completely ineffective will result in a non-functioning dick and you feeling like dogshit for months after (and possibly permanently).

Do yourself a favor. Read. Ask yourself what these compounds are doing. And no, "giving mad gainz" is not what I mean. If you don't understand what you're doing you're going to fuck yourself up.

week 13-16
Test E (200mg first 2 weeks, then 100mg last week)
GW-501516 20mgs a day

week 17-20
150mg clomid first day, Days 2-14: clomid @ 100mg ED, Days 15-28: Clomid @ 50mg ED=2050mg clomid
HCG @ 1250 IUs 3 times a week
nolvadex 20mg every day
 
You need to reevaluate your knowledge on PCT you can't run a long ester right up to it, you don't run Hcg during and your clomid dosage is high enough to make you cry over spilt milk. Your diet is fine but personally I think your a tad low on fats and too high on protein. I'd go 80g fat and not go further then 300p total by the end of your cycle if you keep adding 1 chicken breast eow then you'd be close to 500g protein a day and you can't utilize that much even on gear so instead put it to your energy source which is carbs. The fats it's for joints and for your brain function.

You are still making a grave mistake in many ways....

EQ for 12 weeks is pointless IMO too short of a time cause it kicks in week 6-7

Pct CAN NOT start right after your test e shots.

DO NOT taper test into pct if you want
To run test close to pct switch off of test e week 14 and run prop 14-16 take the week off then start pct

If you don't wait the right time between last T shot and pct your pct is pointless because your body won't be in a range were it can recover so you are wasting your time and products.

I am gonna drop the equipose completely to save money and run a longer cycle next time with it.
Now the question is how much should I run test propionate ? like 100mg/eod? Thanks
 
@Janoy, I got the idea from the rich piana's 10k diet. I have since dropped that idea and decided to maintain the starting diet through the cycle, while adding just little more fat

what I think you should do is eat around maintenance, maybe have an extra 500 calories post workout. Youll grow and stay fairly lean. Rich has to dirty bulk cuz hes pretty big already. If youre not that big you shouldn't have to eat that much to gain. just my opinion.

He won't put on tissue eating at maintenance, but I agree you should be 15% body fat max if you wanna cycle in terms of looking good. Unless OP is just cycling for performance.
