I hate wasting food myself. You know as well as I that food is not fucking cheap. Especially the amount of food we eat trying to get hugeIve have recently been off work for 2weeks straight. fasted cardio and training doesn't add to fat loss.You should probably reevaluate your plan. Are you trying to lose weight? If so, it'll be extremely difficult with the plan you have set forth. Your workout to meal schedule is wrong (fatloss).
What kind of carbs are you eating?
Furthermore meals #2, #3, and #5 are small & light...i.e. 4 oz almonds 6 oz milk...
IMHO, your pwo meal and dinner are to close together (depending on what they are).
Lastly, what time do you normally go to bed?
