Cutting problems

Ok im 38 years old 5'9 3/4 my weight is 233 about 19%bf i have been working out for 5 years on off because of injuries .so im in my 4th week of cutting my macros was 1900cal 150carbs 63fats right at 210 protein i take a full cheat day 1 time a week or 1 time in 2 weeks its according on what i have going on my diet is very strict. Im on 500 test e 100mg Anadrol the past weeks i have drop from 233 to 231.6 in 4 weeks i have dropped my carbs to 120 and fats to 50 just last week so i can lose a little more ..my question is is that muscle and water weight keeping me to have a close balance to 233 i also do cardio 5 day's a week for 25min about 400cal burned. ..am i doing every thing right because about 4 years ago i cut from 235 to 183 no steroids in a 15 weeks on 1900 cal......am i doing something wrong i can see a difference in the mirror but i just want to make sure if im doing it right ...also im not sure if this is the right place to post this ..if not im sorry
 
It's difficult to judge by scale weight when introducing anabolics. Are you taking measurements? If you really want piece of mind, calipers can be had for about ten bucks on Amazon. They won't be the best, but they'll let you track trends in your body composition far more accurately than your scale will. The tape and calipers will be far more accurate for judging. Reduction in waist size with increases or no change elsewhere would be the goal. How are your clothes fitting?

Your diet should have you in a deficit. I'm on the go right now, so can't break down your approximate TDEE and whatnot. But you should be dropping fat with those numbers from what in seeing.

I would guess that if you are seeing mirror changes, then you are getting some recomp effect, and water weight is hiding the loss. If you're concerned, try upping your cardio and maintaining calories.

Yes i did check my bf it was 20% and this is the 4th week im checking it this weekend and im sure it will be lower because my clothes are bigger on me its just my mine like i dont see enough so i get worried i was also scared that my macros where to low but that is hard to tell because of the water weight. .but hell on the good note my strength is picking up so i must be doing something right lol
