BINGOFinal thing ill say. Water is your bff. You get your food, chew it enough that it fits down your throat, and drink water to wash it down. Thats how you get all those meals down...gallons of H2O
Cuz I'm utilizing ityea shit I been thirsty as hell lately. feel like I'm refilling my water jug at home daily at min. and peeing a lot to go with it. the diet part is whats getting me. if I'm not eating enough.... why this fat storage at my stomache area? I'm even uncomfortable in my leopard print unitard when I hit the gym! lol no really though, how do you guys stay slim downing 4k calories?

I'm sorry for the 10,000,000 questions. again I gym daily for at bare minimum 1 hr. and in that time I'm hitting it hard. did you see anything (besides the shakes) in my daily eating that would cause me to be fat?
