Ephedrine or Standard pre-workout?

So picked up some primatene with ephedrine today for heavy chest day. Gave me a lot of energy but probably prefer No XPlode or C4. Any thoughts on ephedrine for workout boosts?
 

If only it was easier to find legit halo (in Canada been on the hunt for a while)

But as for ephedrine really liking it for my cut gives me the energy I need although I think it's increasing my hunger or I'm just hungry eating in a 940 cal deficit who knows

Should kill your appetite pretty good for the first 2 weeks. That's probably my favorite benefit, kind of let's me shrink the stomach down and get used to the diet.

1k under is hungry either way though. Hovering about there myself too right now. Sucks.

Ya actually now that you say that it is my 4th week and I wasn't having any trouble the first 2-3 but I've been in a deficit for a while now and the mental game has come into play. Sucks being in a 1k for sure but my body is defiantly changing.

Think ephedrine should be kept for a cut though or 8mg pre cardio as it does help with oxygenation and at low does' will help but you will get the reverse effect going with a higher does.
 
I try to avoid stims as much as possible. ECA or EC to me is better than a preworkout. If you want to tackle a plateau I find this always does the trick it maybe it is psychological.
 
I been using ephedrine and caffiene throughout the day and preworkout. Gets me hyped up, but I think it's causing me to have flushed face....either that or the tren but I think it's the ephedrine
 
when I know I have a good workout ahead of me, I take ephedrine with a pwo, It seems that I never run out of energy and have to make sure I get out of gym and not keep working out. It also seems to help with those short downtime sets
