Clear muscle?

When I turned 18 I started to notice substantial gains.

All my lifts went up instantly.

I only recently been supplementing with some vitamins and shit like that.

You can PM if your looking for advice since we are around the same age. And I've been able to accomplish a good amount of goals being and staying natrual.

Along with upping calories and protein mix up your workouts to include different rep ranges. Throw in sets of 6-8 on some exercises and 12-15 on others. I go through periods where I'll focus on a particular rep range then I'll mix it up completely. This seems to work for me and keep me from plateauing. Just keep a detailed journal so you know what you can lift at what rep range and keep track of whatever goals you set for yourself.
