Not sure how many of you know him or have heard but an individual that frequents many forum , Queefer, has passed away this past friday.
He has a few lifestyle related businesses such as Underground Supps and a couple others. Anyway I have met a lot of guys on the forums and most that are involved with companies, especially supplement companies kind of get on my nerves. I feel like they prey on people and their ignorance when it comes to supplements and their effects etc.
Never felt that way with this guy. Developed a friendship with him on another forum that went to email and fairly regular correspondence. He was a genuinely good guy. Extremely generous and prob one of the few people I have taken my relationship from a forum to a slightly more personal level. He will be missed.
He is survived by his wife and a son I know of. Not sure if he has other children he just often mentioned his son to me.
Anyway he was found by his wife, slumped over his laptop this past Friday, apparently dead from heart failure. Just about a month or so ago he went to the ER with chest pains and they said he was suffering from stress and dehydration. Apparently and sadly this is how that ended.
Anyway RIP Bert- you will be missed.

Heart attack ; this is the lifestyle we choose . According to statistics It's probably also going to be our style of death .

RIP Queefer and Roddy Piper .
Ouch that's actually a nasty way to die IMO. Here's to people like you getting old gracefully yet still kicking ass in the gym :)

Got to be a realist too MLW , those of us that use AAS are more prone to heart disease then non-users and especially heart attacks . I've been fortunate so far....

My Doc likes to remind me of this quite frequently . But I like to remind him I'm living the life I want , for me. No one else .
