These cocks sent me a broken bottle top filter, so I filled out the contact form put my name and order # in and explained my shitty situation.
They sent back there's no record of that name or order #, we argued back and forth, they still said it doesn't exist...so I sent them screen shots of the emails they had previously sent me with that order # and my name...all the sudden their story changed completely. Ironic?? Who knows? but fuck these dirt bags!!
What the hell does a guy gotta do to brew some tren around here, Fuck they pissed me off, I don't want the $20 back, I just want people to read the title, lol. I hope everyone else has a great day!!....I feel better

The sent me a huge order one time, it magically was "stolen" from my mailbox, according to them, and refused to refund it or offer and solutions.

Keep in mind, that was probably my 10th order with them, of substantial size. Way to make your return customers happy... They literally said "nothing I can do"
