Lunches for five days

I work long shifts so I try and eat well and avoid buying junk. This is five days worth minus shakes and dinner. I have two shakes a day and also mix protein with the oats and yoghurt pictured. I usually hit around 3000 calories and 300-350g protein. What do you guys think? Am I lacking anything?  DSC_0179.JPG
 
I put cottage cheese in my oatmeal and eat it hot. Mix in a little peanut butter, honey and stevia. I'm telling yall try it. Fat free cottage cheese is Damn near all protein and it's absolutely delicious this way. Cottage cheese is one of those foods that just takes on the flavor of what you mix it with. I like to put it in protein shakes also. Put it in the blender with frozen bananas or other frozen fruits, add protein powder maybe some peanut butter and it's like eating ice cream.
