My wife wanted me to post a thread asking about this specific brand of protein. I looked it up and it looks to be an over priced whey isolate that has a variety of different flavors. Her wifes husband just started working out and now he thinks hes the shit with all his bullshit supps.

Haha.. I know a pecker head at my gym that slangs that 1st Phorm brand. Gets all the old ladies on the supps. My work out partner ran some sample packs of the protien and complained of gut aches. I don't see anything in phormula one you can't find in more trusted brands.

Thats exactly how the dude I know got his too, some guy from his gym that trys to slang supps. Hes got a facebook and instagram with him doing so gay lifts with fucked up form trying to market all the shit he sells.
