I see a lot of people on this forum including cottage cheese in there diet I'm wondering why this is. I had a look and there is about 11g of protein per 100g so it's not exceptionally high and around 100 calories. Is it included because it gives you a feeling of fullness or is it slow digesting? I love cheese and would be happy to find any new addition to my diet as it can become quite boring.
