Ipamorelin or Mod GRF for sleep?

I currently take Ipam & Mod GRF before bed, and it helps me sleep deeper. I've read a few places say that the Mod GRF will have the greatest impact on sleep, while a few others state that Ipamorelin is best for this purpose.

Which of these is most responsible for improving sleep, the Ipamorelin or the Mod GRF 1-29?

Thanks,

It is the release of growth hormone that is responsible for the improved sleep, not the peptide itself.

If used alone, Ipamorelin will be more effective for releasing GH, than Mod GRF. However the combination of the two will get the best result as they work together - so keep taking both!

I knew the first part. I guess I could have rephrased my questions as "what is more effective for sleep, a GHRH or a GHRP?"

I'm just wondering if I could get by with just the Ipamorelin to save money, assuming my only concern is effect on sleep. I'll probably test it out at some point. It would sure save money.

Yes, using Ipamorelin would still be effective on its own and that does work out cheaper. Using a GHRP without a GHRH is fine, and when doing so people often benefit from >100mcg dosages. Using a GHRH alone is not a very effective method for boosting GH.
