Man, people have a lot of nerve nowadays. When I was 150 lbs soaking wet, never in my life would I have tried explaining how to build muscle to some swoled up dude who could use my body for curls. But the bodybuilders are the dumb fuckers right? Yea, the ones who have actually gotten the results are the ones who don't know anything

That happened to me once I just proceeded to ignore him and do my warm ups. He continued bragging how strong he was. Once I got into my working sets he shut up about how strong he was and left. They were tripe the weight he was struggling with guess he felt insecure suddenly.

I had a guy telling me how to properly do bench on my warm up sets, when i got my working sets started he walked away and never spoke to me again. I find old guys do this, out of respect for their old asses I am polite and tell them thanks for the advice. But when some skinny fuck ever gives me advice, thats a different story.

Lol I've had this happen to me, except with an old man.

He came up to me and told me I was using too heavy of weights. I looked at him and didn't say shit cuz I was still warming up. (this was me squatting 3 plates when he said that)

If a skinny dyel twig ever gives me advice i would just roll my eyes and tell him to follow his own advice.

Giving other guys unsolicited gym advice if they are complete strangers is both awkward and mildly irritating imo. The only time It's acceptable is if someone is hurting themselves or making the gym more dangerous for others, or about to.

I only had one situation where someone felt they needed to give their advice when I was doing RDL's, a lift most people don't even know how to do. I guess this guy thought I was trying to do regular deadlifts? Either way it was mildly funny that someone asked me why I wasn't going down to the floor on an RDL.

If its an older guy I try to be respectful, but it just takes a lot of nerve to walk up to someone with a body 3x better than theirs and try to give advice. I had a golds gym trainer walk up to me once and ask me if I wanted a free workout session so he could show me some things, and this dude was a fat ass. It would be like me walking up to an IFBB pro and giving him advice. I think its the generation, when I was in the gyms years ago I didnt dare to that shit to big dudes

That's the exact reason why I didn't say anything. Simply out of respect for my elders. I did give him the ol bert stare tho lol

This is why I try to be nice when
I give advice here and remind people I am 180lbs :)

I am pretty good at eating pussy
and butthole, so I will have no problem giving advice on
that, but I think Men are kind of already born with most that instinct

The internet today gives the idea to many that they know what they are talking about. Its a different time then previous. Any information we seek its readily available within reach. So you have many of these fools in the gym walking around as if they have 20 titles under their belt. Different times just all.
