Need help

I can tell you right now that after she built muscle she had to diet her ass off. And naturally her breast are that of a 10 year old boy non existent!
 
Her bf% is very low. It took alot of cardio to get there. Thats why you can see so much definition in her muscle. She doesnt have a ton of muscle, just no body fat
 
Yes... If that is close to the look you want than you need to start shedding fat. As the fat comes off you will start seeing the muscles that you have.
 
Honestly Ive done all that before and I lost all my muscle from cardio and I had to start all over again its happened 2x , hope it doesn't happen again , c how I go

That's why you lift and do cardio. Like me. I lift every other day and the days in between I do cardio. I only take 1 day off a week.
 
Clen basically eats muscles i believe. Its also hard for guys to give much more advice than what we have given here for women. Alot of the things we can do, will cause you to start having features of a man. You may want to dig into the training forum and diet forum if you think you need some advice. Maybe even start a thread, but if you do, you need to give much more details than what you gave us here.
 
@alexgt149 what Johnny stated above will probably help you a lot!

First thing when you wake up drink an 8oz glass of water and go for a run. (1-mile minimum, 3 - 5 would be best) Then when you get home do a core workout. I would do this atleast 3 times a week, 4 if you can take it! This is in addition to your weight training.

Your biggest enemy in this battle is your job. You sit all day in a chair, that is going to make it very hard for you to loose weight. I have a few suggestions for that as well.

1) get a yoga ball and use that as an chair. You can get them for like $20 at just about any fitness store. Use it as a chair all day, you will discover after 4 hours of sitting on that ball that its no joke! You will be using muscles you aren't used to and it should improve your posture as well.

2) Go for short walks on your breaks. Pack lunchs that you can eat quickly or eat as you walk. Try to make time to get away from your desk and walk around. Even if you only walk a few blocks. It will help!
 
That would mean that your taking in 400 carbs. Thats can't be right. If it is thats your problem. Which it would also mean that your taking in 1000 grams of protein. There is no way

I think your math is off. That's 250 protein, 100 carbs, 66 fat. Which is still way to much. She should be at like 100 gram protein if she's natural.

1000 grams of protein is 4000 cals right there lol.

My i would eat 100-120 protein, 50 carbs and 50-60 fat. And run your ass off. Fuck 3 days. You wanna lose weight? Run your ass off for 45 mins at least 5 days a week, 6 is better. When your done you should be dripping sweat. Don't worry about losing muscle, cardio doesn't do that. Starving for extended periods will.

Cut for 12 weeks and then maitain and work on puttin on muscle slowly.
