Need help

I feel like everything your doing is fighting everything your trying to do.

Your eating to gain weight carbs/protein.
your weight training with almost no cardio.
And correct me if im wrong guys but doesnt clen fuck up muscle gains?

Unless you flip some shit around and concentrate one or the other your going to stay at a stale mate and not go any farther.
 
sorry if i missed it but how many seconds or break periods do u have between sets and what is ur workout consist of duration etc

Oh well that's completely differnt. With the AAS that you listed I thought that you were trying to harden up. I can't give a girl advice on bulking. You would hate me after you gained a bunch of wieght. Lol
 
hmm r u lifting heavy enouhh weights w moderate reps? i have plenty natty females that do circuit training w phenomenal results have u tried?

To be honest that isnt the best pic, the mirror and lighting make it hard to see everything in detail. Dont take this the wrong way either.
