I don't know this story, but I can tell
you from having family and friend police officers,
that 9 out of 10 cops are prejudice..

I grew up in the projects, and I would trust any one
of my black friends over my white friends any day, of the week..

Now, I don't have white friends..
My 3 friends are all black.. My one white acquaintance
is on and off pain killers and still owes me money I will never get...

It's not about white and black anymore.. not for me
Whoever is not afraid to be themselves at all times, is the person who is my friend..
they just happen to all be black right now

PS: I wouldn't trust all them, with everything of mine either

My point is what about the 3 black guys that robbed a white couple, cut off his dick and raped his chick a million times then executed them both? No one even really reported it. Didn't see a bunch of white people tearing down their town. There is never an excuse for what our media portrays.

I heard the reporting on this when it first happened and honestly haven't cared to follow it since.. If the cop was black or the kid was white none of this would be going on.. Pathetic..

This is one of the reasons that I think our media is complete garbage, they will sensationalize a white person killing a black person, right wrong, or indifferent but when shit like what Jimmyhoffa posted happens, most of the time you either don't hear about it or its just a blur along with all the other news headlines of the day. The Media (and of course people like Al Sharpton, and Jesse Jackson) seem to go out of their way to perpetuate the so called rampant racism in America. Make no mistake, I am NOT saying that racism doesn't exist but goddamn, the media makes it seem like the majority of white people hate anyone who isn't white, its fucking ridiculous. Yes racism exists, but it is NEVER going to completely go away. It's like the war on drugs, it will never be "won". People need to realize that there will always be someone who hates someone else for no other reason than their skin is a different color, or they have a different religion, or whatever else it may be.

IMO, everyone is making all kinds of assumptions without having all the facts. We get our information from the news stations, newspapers and taking heads. None of us can really make a totally informed conclusion on this matter because we were not there and if you trust the press any more than you trust your government then, sadly, my friend, I have some prime real estate in south Florida at a steal.

I don't have a clue how it went down, but have been in some tight spots in my life where my training to a threat has allowed me to be here today. I understand the passions something like this evokes, but until all is known I am going to reserve judgement on either party.

People always jump to conclusions, just human nature I guess, its crazy to hear a story like this from the beginning to where we are now; Going from he was for sure shot in the back running away, just gunned down in cold blood, then he was facing the officer but had his hands up in surrender, now its he was charging into/ beating up on the officer. The media just puts out anything they hear as fact and changes things as they go along, its bullshit. Also btw, I trust the gvmt, and the media about the same, and it sure as hell isn't very much!!

The media is adding to the stigma by over sensationalising this one event. How about the multiple cops that shot the black man robbing a convenience store with a knife that threatened them. Why didn't they use a taser? Why, because when they feel their life is threatened they are authorized to use deadly force. But a knife is a close combat weapon and still they deem that a justifiable shooting. Yet I don't see anyone pitching a fit over that incident. How is that situation any different? Michael Brown's body was a weapon and officer Wilson neutralized the threat period.
We can speculate all we want about the events of that day however the only people that will be hearing all the facts of the case are the grand jury.
The issues that should be discussed is why Eric Holder is trying to build a civil right's case against this officer before he is even indicted. Last time I checked the attorney general was not supposed to be an "activist" he's just supposed to enforce the law as ultimately the chief law enforcement officer in the country. Why does officer wilson have no right's? Why is the media focussing on only one side of the story?
P.S. Your jaw is actually a hinge joint and is easier to break than a fibrous joint which is the skull. The skull is composed of the hardest bone in the human body. I know from experience.

I caved in an orbital socket with one shot. Ended up costing me a couple months in county and almost 50k in hospital bills. The jaw is a weak bone- almost as easy to break as a nose.

Honestly the issue is the media. Hypothetically thinking, if the judicial system of Ferguson, finds beyond a shadow of doubt that officer Wilson was justified in the shooting , but Holder decides to pursue a civil rights violation. What kind of divide between the local authorities and community is that going to exacerbate. One can only hope the pursuit of such charges would not be for political or appeasement reasons. Justice is the finding of truth and should not have an agenda.

Don’t get me wrong, if he fucked up, he needs to pay, but he shouldn’t be a pawn in for someone’s flawed political scheme. There again, we don’t know shit what went down and need all the facts.

Civilized people would protest once all the facts are shown. They dont steal and damage because someone might have done a injustice. I make no assumptions of quilt or innocence. I do not no the facts. But I do no two wrongs do not equal one right.
I can also say I no people who are officers and any time you put you hands on an officers gun that by law justifies the use of deadly force by said officer.
So the question is. Did victim rob the store? Did victim fight with officer.Did victim try to get officers gun. Did victim knock officer unconscious or near it ( which by law justifies the use of deadly force because if said officer goes unconscious he no longer can secure his weapon and more lives would be in danger.) Did officer have a stun gun? Not all departments carry them. If a unbiased court says officer did wrong he will be a murderer and will make someone a good bitch in prision. If he was in the right are all the people that protested going to say they are sorry for jumping to conclusions. Are the ones who stole going to pay for the stuff they took and help fix what they broke. I am sorry for the- loss to this family. More violence is not going to help. Saying the officer must be convitced or else is not going to help either.There are evil people all over including cops but lets see all the facts.

Six months ago the president did not take ISIL seriously and actually called them the "jv" squad. Now they have their own income source of about $3 million a day and their members possess American/British passports as well as thousands of others that have crossed through our insecure border with the ability of attacking our homeland and the desire. And yet we stand back and watch the humanitarian crisis develop in Iraq and all that is achieved is a few air strikes and a failed rescue attempt.

Why isn’t anyone speaking the most obvious and most disturbing truth about what has been taking place in Ferguson? This is a lynch mob. It is unconcerned with the facts, impatient with due process, and it wants a severely injured officer who is probably the victim of a vicious criminal thug, indicted, tried and convicted or else. And the reason it wants him convicted is that he is white. This lynch mob even wants the prosecutor removed because his father was the victim of a black criminal 50 years ago.


This thuggery would be seen as classic lynch mob behavior except that it is composed mainly of blacks and its leaders include the Democrat Attorney General of the United States and the Democratic Governor the state of Missouri (on second thought this not so unusual). The mob is inflamed and abetted by an anti-white media that accepts the unfounded, actually ludicrous idea that unarmed black teens are regularly shot down in the streets by white police officers who are protected by a white supremacist power structure. As Bill O’Reilly courageously pointed out, there are approximately 12 million arrests every year in America and only 400 police shootings – and how many of these inspire criminal riots in the streets? Moreover, as O’Reilly did not mention, crime statistics show that a white person is 25 times more likely to be the victim of a violent crime committed by a black person than vice versa.

What is truly remarkable about the nation’s tolerance for the new lynch mobs is that they have lasted for decades without drawing an appropriate moral disapprobation. Here are three recent cases: The destruction of the career and fortune of Paula Deen, a white supporter of President Obama, over a remark she made to her husband in private after being mugged by a black criminal twenty-five years earlier; the public lynching of three innocent Duke LaCrosse players, also led by Sharpton and Jackson, the nation’s most notorious lynch mob leaders; the rush to judgment and demand for conviction and punishment of George Zimmerman, falsely portrayed as a “white Hispanic” to make him culpable. And one could go on and on.

The truth is that American culture has been tragically warped by the political left, which fervently believes that whites are guilty before the fact and blacks are innocent even after the fact. The chief law enforcement officer of the land has shown himself to be a devotee of this creed, over and over. The racial morality play of white supremacy and black oppression is perhaps the most crucial melodrama the left lives by, and can’t give up. But conservatives are also too timid and apparently too haunted by guilts of the increasingly distant past to fight back.

All this has created an ongoing spectacle that encourages the criminal violence from blacks that we are witnessing in the streets of Ferguson, and the obscene libels that are issuing from the mouths of so-called civil rights leaders, Democratic officials and MSNBC radicals targeting white people. In truth, white people, who recently elected and re-elected the first black president, are far more put upon and victimized by black thugs like Michael Brown than they are models for the racially vicious caricatures contrived by the leftwing lobby and its lynch-happy followers.

It is time for this corrosive and destructive mythology to be challenged by more Americans than just Bill O’Reilly and (less forthrightly) the Fox network. It is time for people who think of themselves as liberals to liberate themselves from the false narratives of white culpability and black innocence and start judging people as individuals and assessing them through the facts. It’s time for Americans to return to the traditions that created this pluralistic miracle, the fairest and most equitable nation in history. It was the principles of the American founding that inspired Martin Luther King and gave birth to the Civil Rights Acts which ended racial categories and preferences in America’s institutional life until the political left and the Democratic Party started putting them back in. The emergence of a civil rights movement that behaves like a lynch mob is integrally related to the tolerance of racial arsonists like Jackson and Sharpton and to lawless, racist mobs that will only be satisfied by a pound of white flesh.

I don't think that people realize how fast someone can close the distance on them. The old saying "don't take a knife to a gunfight" doesn't always hold true, as that video shows.

*Not related to the video* Tazers and pepper spray are great non lethal alternatives but they do NOT fit every situation. Again not all of the facts are out yet about ferguson, so it's not fair to pass judgement one way or another.

I had an assignment the day sharpton visited south Florida for the Trayvon Martin stand up around the nation he was doing and let me tell you it was the most racist shit you could if witnessed coming from the black community. Our country is more divided then ever.

I should never say this because it will backfire. But the black community does nothing in improving the situation within the nation. It is always about pulling the race card before settling with more logical and reasonable approaches instead.
