If you won't be sharing your good gear, service with a smile source with the rest of us, your post is moot.
 
I don't care that someone else got good gear and a hand job at the same time from another source. If you got an issue with communication and unanswered emails fine. You made your point. We don't need to know about your other purchases elsewhere.

All Im trying to do here overhandright is protect and inform other members about Astro's selling practices , which is great one day , terrible the next . Youve had to get the runaround for the last year to know what Im talking about . The members here deserve better , I know I do .....~Ogh

And I respect that. Thank you for informing us on your experience. It will allow others to make a better informed decision. But you didn't have to bring up you buying from another source in this source's thread. That's a little low.

That was used as an example to how fast other businesses operate . I did not mention the source , so the point is mute . It is however an example to how efficient other labs run . And I will not be waiting 2-3 weeks for my package either . If Astro dont like it , he needs to step-up his game (and maybe hire people to help , because he's behind bigtime) ~Ogh

OK - its squat time , and I dont need to warm-up either ( bitchin burns calories) I will leave this thread with this.....I knew I would be pissing folks off this morning with my Astro gripe , but felt it needs to be addressed , enough is enough .

Astro has good gear , thats been a fact , but if your looking for a quick order , or a smaller order I dont think he wants to cater to you . He would last year , but he went and got big and forgot all about his roots and the guys that helped him get started here .

And he thinks he can do it all by himself . I dont think he can . So if you have weeks to play games and eventually get your order Astro's your man . Have a good one. ~Ogh

The advantage of selling great product is you get to decide your own hours.

Sure we would all like things to be at our speed, but if astro wants to remain a one man microbrew, that's his call.

It's not like he's taking cash and not filling. Or at least I haven't heard of it.

We can't fault him for having the proficiency of a large lab without him claiming to be one.

There are restaurants in my city that have hours from 11-3pm. You can bang on their window at 4 all you want, but your not getting fed.

If astro was just a bit more honest about certain issues,(almost anyone who has ordered knows) and had a better line of communication these issues would never arise.

P.s I still have some astro gear stashed cause it's great stuff but will pass on the bullshit!

I have had only two interactions So can't tell you about any major issues.

That's what the board is for though so definitely voice those issues if they are major.

Pmac knows - theres a difference between being impatient and waiting almost a month for an order to just go thru , then another couple weeks for delivery . Hes backed-up , thats the point . It has nothing to do with quality control . ~Ogh

I had 2 dealings and that was enough to tell me never again. No matter how good the gear is.

I agree killer products, bad service. I'm 13 weeks since ordering and still don't have the full order. It trickles in only after weeks of complaining and I was not compensated with one thing for the three month wait.The excuses never end. It sucks because the products are great.
 
That makes 3 of us so far , anyone else have the shrunken gonads to step-up and voice your opinion . This is the time to let Astro see how many guys are tired of the same old same old service . Been waiting weeks for your order to go thru ? Been waiting weeks for your package ? Didnt get your whole package , somethings missing ? The time is NOW !! ~Ogh
 
After 13 weeks I just want what was ordered. You'd think of get a TON free, discount or store credit. It wouldn't be so bad if I would have just been told the truth from the beginning. I have 50 emails of excuses, so when I read that every customer gets what they ordered and those that have waited will be more than compensated I laugh because it's a straight up lie.

Then the best part is when you post your problems here everyone makes excuses for why it happened when they don't know shit about what's going on.

I'll be the first to say the product is amazing but the service blows and customer problems are handled in an even worse manner.
 
First off you the only one whos had this issue ONLY ONE. Im not going to say why this has happened but I've never ignored you ONCE? CAN YOU ATTEST?
