I have a feeling the issue is more profound than presents on the surface and only a symptom which has "collateral indications". Which could potentially service or hurt depending on future events as always. And its a matter of good and evil fundamentally. The future is not written. When you consider the concept of GNP, or not, you then realize basis of modern economics. There are two ways to which we can pay for this. Hard revenue or soft revenue. Hard being the PROFIT in Surplus from business - the Us Corporation.. The "Soft" being the human element as LABOR and INTANGIBLE Concepts. The IN BETWEEN (which is where we are as DENIAL) is driven by SLOTH, "Intangibles Corrupted", and thus sold as BAD DEBT disguised as a nice box of chocolate. Bad debt created by FAILURE TO RECONCILE and WORK YOUR ASS OFF FOR WHAT YOU BELIEVE IN...
Its a paradigm that is hard to escape in cycles as with every influx from hard work comes the NEED TO REST. If you have worked hard enough to have to rest, then there is usually enough for a small DESERVED reward as well, and prior to GOING BACK TO WORK... Maintaining this BALANCE is one of the most difficult tricks in the universe which requires DISCIPLINE walking a line that BLURRS and sometimes even fades from view... Let me tack that on to the over priced tolls ever bridge in NY has to offer. I get the feeling we as people are basically screwed short of revolting but has other consequences. Until crime organizations should take notes from the US government on how to extort people.
As long as the federal government controls the interstates, pouring more money into them is a waste. At least the NSA will be happy.

I believe you are BOTH right and Wrong. In this CONSIDER. Just how does a MAGNESIUM PENNY of today flip as compared to a copper penny of past. MORE IMPORTANTLY, and consider a QUARTER or any other coin which is comprised of two completely different metals which are STAMPED TOGETHER. Examine a coin (as a quarter)and see that A quarter is a large percentage of one metal and a smaller percentage on the other side. So YES, ONE PARTICULAR QUARTER might "flip the same as ODDS/Proportionate to that quarter. But there may also be something to calling HEADS when flipping a quarter. Just what are those metallic components and HOW do they comprise that quarter again..?? And then WHICH SIDE is heavier and MORE LIKELY to land heavy side down... Even a SLIGHT DIFFERENCE could possibly all the difference in the world.
