I dont take a shit ton of supps. I keep my OTC supps pretty simple and small.

Protein Powder
Carb Powder
EAA
Creatine

Last time I bought I got a free bottle of ZMA and gave it a go and didnt find any real difference.

I pretty much use Allmax exclusively.

I'm actually a pretty big fan of Zma it's one of the few staple supps I use. The only real time I notice it's benifits is when I'm on a tren cycle or dnp cycle or I haven't used it in awhile. With all three occasions I notice better sleep and in the first too cases with tren and dnp I don't sweat as much at night. Those are fairly big wins for me.

I personally use Optimum Nutrition or Biotest's version but I'm not brand loyal and I'm currently looking for a better bulk supplier because I'm cheap.

Thank you, I know that you need very bioavailable zinc magnesium elements, and I would also like to have a very concentrated zma, 1 capsule.

That coincides with what another member posted awhile back. He said that adding magnesium killed the issue of night sweats for him while running Tren.

I wouldn't go so far as saying it killed it completely but there's absolutely no question in my mind that Zma (most likely the magnesium component) reduces night sweats for me personally. I've tried tren especially with and without many times and I'm absolutely sold. It's a cheap supp and night sweats are the worst side I personally get from tren by far

I’ve been taking ZMA for several years and I find it helps some with recovery. It’s not life-changing, but I think it’s useful. ZMA, BCAAs, fish oil, and creative are the only supplements I take as a staple.

I like the Jigsaw MagSRT off Amazon. My Dr recommend it. Magnesium deficiency is fairly common in North America and this type is supposed to be well absorbed. Some magnesium just makes you poop more. I notice better sleep and less cramps.

Just add on your choice of zinc and you are all set.

I think natty guys really benefit as zinc and magnesium are needed to make natural testosterone.
