Your vitamin etc regime

Here is what I take off cycle

Full spectrum high dose multi vit twice a day

Anti-oxidants A,C,E + selenium around 400iu of vit E in there

10g of fish oil a day. 3g of evening primrose oil

5g of cod liver oil

Glucosamine,chondroitin and MSM complex

Anything else to add for a reasonably cheap regime?
 
That's pretty good. Most people overlook the fish oil. One of the most important things to take..I think. Might want to incorporate a fat/water soluable COQ10 100mg/day during off cycle and most importantly on cycle. CoQ10 and folic acid both stop cell defragmentation when cells replicate. Cell replicating is accelerated during a cycle and if the cells defragment and keep replicating you have what leads to wonderful cancer. Try Country-Life Qsol CoQ10.

I am not much into vitamins but like zinc to. I have noticed better workouts with 100mg of zinc daily. How much vit C do you take?
I just started with vit C not sure of dose.

500mg twice a day of vitamin C bro.

Ive also added a vitamin B complex time release which is very strong - around 7000% RDA
