Anonymity is encouraged on MESO for many reasons. For one, given the internet leaves a relatively permanent record coupled with the societal stigma associated with anabolic steroids, it's best to not risk having your MESO identity linked to identities known in your real-life professional and social networks.
1 in 3.8 million isn't bad. But I'd prefer 1 in 317 million (US population) and especially 1 in 7.1 billion (world population). You never know what screens/filters that private and government entities are running to collect data.
