Every time I go to buy boneless skinless chicken breasts they always have a shitload of sodium in them. if i buy thin sliced they have almost no sodium. WTF!!! where can i get big amounts of low sodium chicken breasts?

You have to make sure you are buying "natural" chicken...watch fine print for any chicken that is "..injected with a solution of....." Avoid it like the plague.

if you buy the frozen chicken breasts pre-packaged, they will contain alot of sodium.

Buy food fresh, eat fresh, and your are fresh!!! :P

The reason it has so much sodium in your chicken breasts is because they inject the breast with chicken broth for flavor...I've read this in articles and they showed it on the food network as well.

When you go to the food store...look at Purdues Fit and Easy chicken breasts...those are the ones without the high levels of sodium. I hope this helps bro.
