Whole vitamins

Anyone try vitamins from http://www.vitaminminerals.net ? They claim to make the greatest vitamin in the world by using whole vitamins as opposed to synthetically produced portions of vitamins.

Except in some rare circumstances, synthetic vitamins are metabolized in exactly the same manner as the natural variety. That site is selling a load of crap.

If it is only a "portion" of a vitamin, then it isnt a vitamin.

Thiamin is thiamin is thiamin, it is a molecule, either it IS that molecule or it isnt.
