Seems like I always have them but when I take ephedrine they’re for sure worse. Anyone else? That common? Cause for concern?

I notice every once in a while, usually while lifting and on preworkout, that I get a heart flutter thing going on. Almost like a double beat, or a beat then a small pressure beat. This was a constant thing while on original Jack3d. Doesn’t happens much at all anymore. I usually take 2 bronkaid and prejym before early morning workouts (5am).

I had some of that not long ago when I casually saw my ex after 2 years without any visual contact.

I’d recommend talking with a doctor and getting some heart tests done. I myself have mitral valve prolapse, and have been thinking about running telmisartan.

Infrequent stuff like that is generally ok. If you take a supplement and it happens i think it goes without saying you should drop that supplement.
You shouldn’t diagnose it as nothing yourself though. Go see a doctor and make sure it isn’t anything serious.

Next time it happens try to get to the doctor and get hooked up to an EKG while it's happening. I've had them in the past and they always want me to get in for an EKG
I have had them on occasion since my late teenage years. Quitting dip helped me significantly as well as exercise.

I get them off and on, too much stimulants or stimulation in general, like if I get really excited during sex I’ll get hard palpitations. I’ve had like 2-3 echocardiograms, you know the heart ultrasound, and a few electrocardiograms or ECG, including the one they hook you up to use at home where you activate it when you feel something. They haven’t found anything, the cardiologist gave me a beta blocker to take if it bothered me. Guess I’ll go in again soon to have another check.
It’s probably benign if it’s not accompanied by other symptoms like dizziness, shortness of breath etc and if it’s not happening all the time but still worth it to have a cardiologist take a look.

So what gets you REALLY! excited during sex? And when you where typing this were you holding your breath?

lol idk I guess when I’m really into the girl, she’s getting off and I’m close and it’s some freaky dirty ass sex I can get the palpitation. Nah I wasn’t holding my breath but I do take prescribed adhd meds and I’ve been changing it up so very likely from that.
