Who Eats >4K Calories a Day?

If you think eating 4500cals consistently is easy I am going to take a wild guess that if you logged every day it wouldn’t average 4500cals/day over a week. Maybe I’m wrong and some guys posting here are the exception.

@JoeBlob12 i used two 550cal shakes to make that 6500.

Every single calorie from 4500 to 6500 required thought and suffering...it fucking sucked. Being forcefed is 10x worse than Being hungry.
 
Former fat boy here......on clean foods I can bring out the big spoon (or shovel) and just go to town on steak, rice, oats, and protein powder until I hit that 5000-5500 calorie mark for the day. For any of you that have come from the other spectrum of being more of an endomorphic structure is it easier or harder for you to get down the required food?

That vertical diet made it pretty easy for me though. 3.5lbs ground sirloin 2800 cals, 10 cups jasmine rice 1900 cals, fruit, bone broth and 3 or 4 cans of veggies got me over 5200 a day. But you are right Mac, I had to keep all that shit in stock and my wife prepped it all for me to take to work. That's another aspect.

I can see that. The ground sirloin alone would put you at 150+g of fat. Ground sirloin tastes like a treat to me right now with all this chicken I’m eating.

Ya I’m interested to hear some endomorph body types weigh in. I feel like eating high calories is two completely different ballgames with a ecto vs endo.

But i have been forcing food down my throat to hit 4000 cals. And i want muscle so i need to eat. I have found ways to do it. But its not pretty.
 
A lot of us share the same struggle with forcing down food.
Don't limit fats, eat your daily protein and the rest just adds up to your calorie target.
I made your mistake in the past to limit fat intake, didn't benefit me at all, you won't get more fat eating more fats if your caloric intake is the same.

Peanut butter, olive oil, coconut oil, put it or in everything.
