I have a question that I would like some help on. I recently tore my ACL so I can't do too much cardio until after my surgery in May. Unfortunately, I would like to lose some body fat before the summer. I am around 9 or 10% right now and would like to get down to 6% or so.
I know I will need to lower my calories, and I was wondering if instead of 6 or 7 meals a day would 4 protein shakes and only 2 meals be fine?
My shakes would be 42g protein and only 230 calories, so those 4 meals would only be about 1000 calories.
Is there anything wrong with the majority of your nutrition coming from whey protein?
