I only use whey post workout. The rest comes from meats and eggs. I don't supplement with casein, never have..Anyone having success with supplementing only with whey isolate?
I'm pretty sure Im intolerant to milk protein in casein and while I prefer a mix of isolate and casein I dont think my body likes it.
Love the AVI... LolI have a scoop every hour(that im not eating which is every 2hrs) when I run insulin. I feel like isolates arent as harsh. I've recently switch to hydrolized.

Yup I get all my protien from meat, eggs and milk. If I'm low on protien I'll have egg whites really good source of protien and doesn't make me fart like a monster. I have a protien shake probably 2-3x a week when I'm rushing about though nothing wrong with them just I'd rather get my macros from something tasty and filling as my appetite is ridiculousAre you mainly getting your protein from a lot of meat then RodgerThat?

Costco had a sale last month I bought 48 cartons of egg whites (I go through 1 every 2 days) and nothing else, the lady at the till asked me what I did with them and I said I drink em and she made the most disgusted looking faceI've found you can get some interesting looks at the checkout when you buy many cartons of eggs and all but clear their shelves of egg whites.[emoji23]
