What's your favorite workout plan?

I'm a few weeks into a more of a Golden Era split.... been doing:

Mon: Chest/back
Tues: shoulders/arms
Wed: legs
Thurs: chest/back
Fri: shoulders/arms
Sat: legs
Sun: rest.

Upper body about 20-30 sets per week
Legs about 30-40 sets per week
Med/high volume, close to failure on each set

Going to give this a try as well.
Thanks for sharing!
Very interesting @gr8whitetrukker . Thanks for sharing that article
Ty brother I appreciate that
Dual-factor Bodybuilding routine for Intermediate and Advanced lifters
Here it is in a hybrid strength/bodybuilding program
Thats how you apply it

EDIT:
John Meadows uses these principles too in his programs. You should check those out as well

Fact is both approaches can work, you can read up an interview of Sheiko bashing the Bulgarian method which is basically the foundation of high frequency training. Lots of elite powerlifters only do main lifts once while others multiple times a week up to preference, I really prefer frequency in the range of 1 body part or lift every 3 days and found I have optimal recovery in that one way, I also do not at all like the fact most of these routines put OHP far behind bench, even in RTS it has it's own day, cannon ball shoulders are the epitome of aesthetics in a man's physique in my opinion and well it is basically an exercise used in strong man so you know :)

I like to use others most of the time. I like the following programs: any meadows program, D.C. Training, fortitude training, wendler 5/3/1(pick which template you wanna use based on current goals), greyskull programs and the dual factor program posted earlier. I prefer lean gains when cutting including his reverse pyramid training program. There are others also.

There are others but I agree with daunte trudal of doggcrapp when he says pick a compound exercise that is safe for extreme intensity and get strong as fuck on it, even machines. Combine this extreme intensity with extreme amounts of protein and excess calories and anybody and everybody will grow.

Day 1: chest only
Day 2: lats/spinous
Day 3:legs
Day 4: shoulders/traps
Day 5: bis/tris/forearms
Day 6: rest(sometimes it's on a different day)

I throw abs in every other day alternating low reps one day high reps the next day.

I don't go by the days of the week cause my schedule is all fucked up, so I just have my 5 major days I hit and I rotate them.

THIS. I do this exactly, have been training for almost 15 years and this is the best way to go, for me at least in terms of the way i look.

Do any of you have a workout plan you swear by and would suggest? I've always followed my own plan, but I'm looking to try out a plan and I'm curious as to what you guys would suggest
Women toward the end of the bed laying on her back me standing on the floor her legs up grabbing around her thighs pulling her toward me in a violent pounding motion deep in that pussy 10 minutes straight
I've gone 30min with the help of DXM Kratom and weed she was dead
Her body was limp it was like fucking a corpse :)

So I have been rocking the dual factor and really enjoying it. However, I have a bum left elbow that prohibits any mid-grip press work so weighted dips is a no-go. My question is will decline bench press be a good filler for dips?

I did inclines instead

Haha. The reason I asked is because day 2,4, and 6 already includes incline press. All good man.
