Day 1: chest only
Day 2: lats/spinous
Day 3:legs
Day 4: shoulders/traps
Day 5: bis/tris/forearms
Day 6: rest(sometimes it's on a different day)
I throw abs in every other day alternating low reps one day high reps the next day.
I don't go by the days of the week cause my schedule is all fucked up, so I just have my 5 major days I hit and I rotate them.

I did inclines insteadSo I have been rocking the dual factor and really enjoying it. However, I have a bum left elbow that prohibits any mid-grip press work so weighted dips is a no-go. My question is will decline bench press be a good filler for dips?
