What’s a good free t/total t for 250 test e per week.

Simple question. Got bloods 1 day after first pin. 1060 test/170 free t/43 estradjal 250 igf-1. 4 weeks in on 250 test and 1mg arimidex/week 1500 test/340 free t/270 ig-1. Is this a good or bad response? Surprised I was so high after first 70mg pin(eod pins) and only came up 500 over 4 weeks. Switched vials same batch/source halfway through maybe that’s related? Maybe I had high natural test?
