What to drink during workouts?

OK, I like BSN NoXplode as a predrink-seems to work well for focus and pump.
I like Xtreme Formulations Relentless as a postdrink, it gets ya back to feeling normal in just a few minutes and tastes great considering it has hydrowhey.
But what is a good drink for during your workout?
any suggestions...

Hey Bro....I personally like and use Optimum Nutrition GlycoLoad 1.5 hours prior to and also during my workouts about every 10 mins about 2oz. w/3/4 gal of R.O. water mixed in over the entire workout. This will cover me for a 1.5 hour workout.
 
i use 30g whey 20g maltodextrin(or dextrose) 30 min prior, and immediately after workout 60 g whey 50g maltodextrin (lower malto when cutting).
 
just drink half a serving of your Xtreme Formulations Relentless shake during your workout and then drink the other half after your workout.
 
I drink a shake consisting of whey isolate, maltodextrin, creatine, and L-glutamine before and after my workouts.

I heard protein interferes with both creatine and L-glutamine being used effectively but I'm not sure.

Not to hijack this thread, but I was wondering who else does this for pre- and post-workout nutrition.
