what is your sleep stack?

curious to know what you guys take for sleep. melatonin doesnt seem to work very well for me
AAS aside, I've been an insomniac for years. Fool proof way to knock yourself out cold:

IN ORDER
1. Precursor- Take 500-1000mg magnesium glycinate + 3-5mg melatonin. Take in a tiny quick-carb source to help absorb the mag faster(half cup of oj/small piece of fruit)
2. 10 minutes stretching(full body)
3. 10 minutes deep breathing(6 second inhale 6 second exhale)
4. 10 minute hot shower
5. Find a bed asap

This seems like basic shit, might even seem like naive advice. But believe me, when you start nailing this routine you'll see why it works. You don't need more drugs to relax your mind and body.

I still use Knocked The Fuck Out tea mix at a half scoop per 12 oz hot water (best with a squeeze of fresh lemon too).

It is admittedly a total fucking grab bag of ingredients (including melatonin) but it seems to work for me.
 
What seems to help me most is making sure I don't take certain things before bed.

The main stimulants I use are caffeine and salbutamol. I have to take salbutamol no later than noon and I won't take more then 200 mg pre/intra workout (usually I to to the gym around 4 PM and I'm in bed between 10-11).

I also take 500 mg magnesium glycinate about 2-3 hours before bed.

I can usually sleep around 7-8 hours per night not including my usual 10 minute wake up somewhere between 3-4 AM. If I still can't sleep after having done those things, it usually means I didn't workout hard enough and I'll take 1.5-3 mg of melatonin.

I don't take extra caffeine or salbutamol on non lifting days. But I always take the magnesium.
 
Another one for magnesium and melatonin. A little weed or CBD when I lived in a country that I would not be executed for using it was magic.

Throw in some foam rolling for fun.

I used to use Allmax LightsOut when I did not know better.
