What is your favorite workout song?

Survivor Eye of the tiger and Burning heart! You simply can not get past these two if you were ever a fan of the rocky movies. I literally can be dead on the bench not another rep in me and just the opening riff of either gives me such a rush I ahve 2-3 reps in me from nowhere. There unmatched.

My 2 favorite muscle groups are Biceps and Triceps, I usually do both in one session, I really like to pump these up.

Give me some Clubbin or Hardstyle and I will raise the bars like hell [}:)]

3 sets of pushups .. 5 reps short of failure
2-3 sets of pullups ... 6 reps short of failure.. I can only
do 4 reps, so that means ..
A brisk walk .. Only if I am not too tired, cause of my
resistance training above .. or if I have some McDonald's
half price coupons on hand. I love that new Mc nugget chicken and beef burger
with the works .. shit is off the hook :drooling:

All that above plus the workouts I get from every day life like:
.. Ummm .. I walk alot around the house, so that would be legs..
calves .. O yeah, I drive the car, so that would be calves... Changing
channels with the remote .. Forearms I guess . the side where the thumb is

Well, if you think you can top that, then go for it
