The ephedra nevedensis is essentially a supplement industry marketing scam. The plant does not produce ephedrine, which is the primary alkaloid for causing the effects you are looking for.
Just a bullshit name drop to make people think they are getting something useful. Do not buy.
Go to walgreens and snag some primatein.
