What I am doing as a 20 y.o. lab rat

Hi everyone,
sorry for my Posts before, I didn't read the new members Info etc. and basically came for a new supplier after QSC went down.
I work at a pharmaceutical company and that is also how I got into peptides at first but some more boring ones of course.

I started my first test cycle at 18, which was early and dumb, I know that but even after trying everything in accordance with my doc, I could not get my free test above 7ng/dl... I was on test for almost 2 years now and was feeling pretty good but my misses wanted me to stop and see how I was doing without it and now 4 months after the last pin I am at the same levels I was before the blast.
I took between 100mg - 250mg test per week and also used anavar and winstrol for a short period.

Now that I am trying to get away throw roids a little bit more I really got into peptides and as I have various health problems (herniated disk since 17y.o., Gut health problems since forever, chronic inflammation on my nose which is only managable with creams everyday and I also feel a lot dumber since tiktok and GPT)

For this reasons I started 2 weeks ago with the following stack:
Ipamorelin: 200mcg 2x a day for 5d/w (Just a little support for muscle)
BPC-157: 0,5mg daily
TB-500: 1mg 2x/w
GHK-Cu: 1mg 2x/w and 0,1% topical on my nose 2x/d
Semax & Selank: 600mcg each 5x/w

I am hoping to at least release some of the pain caused by the inflammation around my herniated disk and maybe be able to heal the chronic inflammation on my nose :).
Everything I do is mostly experimental and not really proven but I am hoping to maybe see some effect, if anybody is interested I can give updates on how it is going.

until then, if somebody has a reliable, safe and cheap source like QSC I would be thankfull!

Hi there.

Have you tried looking at your gut health issues from an inflammation point of view? The forever-inflamed spot on your nose could be a hint in this direction.

I thought of it, the doctors arent really a help neither with the nose or my gut, I only get generic answers and never had a solution.
GHK-Cu and BPC should be my best option for these problems i think? Or do you have more ideas?

Finding the root cause of your (possibly systemic) inflammation should be priority in my opinion.

Lifestyle analysis comes to mind.
1. What does your diet look like? How did it look in the past and for how long?
2. Which substances do you consume (tobacco, alkohol, ...)?
3. Hydration status
4. Sleeping habits

Bloodwork with inflammation markers like CRP (there are more specific markers e.g. for autoimmune issues) is another idea.

Once the cause is identified you can pick the right tool to address it.

agreed. on the drug side i would add:

VIP/KPV might be something you want to look into, oral BPC as well. the semax& selank doses are overkill, they will probably give you a massive headache. do one of them starting at 250mcg (preferrably semax, as a nose spray( just putting a needleless syringe up your nose).

also look into alpha GPC for nootropics.

also, ipa as one dose before bed is better than splitting.

the topical GHK-CU is a good idea, doing an injectable 2x/wk seems less useful. maybe up the topical dose.

Thats the problem the docs werent able to find anything, for my gut they declared it as stress and a mind thing and the chronic inflamation, according to them is due to a latex allergy. After checking, I dont have ANY contact to latex.
1. Diet is okay tbh, my biggest problem is I dont eat that much fiber, upped that for a few weeks but nothing really changed
2. I dont consume anything outside the peptides, I dont drink at all, maybe for a birthday but even then like once or twice in 2 years
3. I drink a lot 4-5l a day
4. sleeping is another thing i talked to my doc about because i wake up sometimes but therefore he also wasent a help, other then saying if it gets worse in a few years when i am older i can go to sleep diagnostics (i take magnesium, sometimes melatonin)

CRP is really low, had it testes a few weeks ago, doc also said a inflammation on the skin is not big enough for it to show in CRP

I will look into VIP KPV and alpha GPC. I dont know about the Oral BPC because of the more apparent cancer risks but will read into it a bit more.

Why is one ipa dose better, what i have read 2 are better to get the peaks in the morning and evening up.
How much should i go for in the topical? 0.2%? 0.3%? more?

yes, the inflammation that is visible on your outside might be too small to show. the idea is to find out whether the gut is inflamed or not.

1. has your doc checked for autoimmune issues via bloodwork? if not, you could point him in this direction (is there a family history of gut issues?)

2. for your sleep: glycine 3g 30 minutes before sleep time is a cheap lifehack, pairs well with melatonin and magnesium at your favorite dosage (highly recommended).
