What fish oil supplement do you use?

Carlson’s liquid or truenutrition caps. Best deal cap fish oil
"True Nutrition's fish oil capsules each contain 180mg of EPA and 120mg of DHA in a 1000mg softgel.

That's virtually useless and a terrible deal. People mistake total fish oil for thinking its the epa+dha content. You're basically getting 300mg per cap... Yippee

Brain power or Dr Tobias both have 800/600 per 2cap serving. Much cheaper per 1000mg epa/dha

For either one of those 2 caps is enough right?

Nordic Naturals, Carlsons, Dr. Tobias and a few others are the best and most concentrated. You get what you pay for in the fish oil game honestly. Liquids are almost always better as well for price/concentration.
