That's virtually useless and a terrible deal. People mistake total fish oil for thinking its the epa+dha content. You're basically getting 300mg per cap... Yippee

Nordic Naturals, Carlsons, Dr. Tobias and a few others are the best and most concentrated. You get what you pay for in the fish oil game honestly. Liquids are almost always better as well for price/concentration.

It would take 4 or more of those pills to equal 1 tsp of oil that cost under $30. Just saying. You will never get an all around quality omega capsule.
