What do you use to track/organize everything.

I use just excel for daily tracking. A column for weight, fat%, water (all from smart scale csv export), calories (from tracker export), injections, oral medications, feel score, snore score, rhr, hrv (both from smart watch csv export), blood pressure, workout, blood glucose, notes for the day. I guess that's about it. I have tabs in my excel for cycle plans, bloodwork cost, supplement costs, and quite a few more things bodybuilding related. I use strong to track workouts.

Do you have a smart scale to recommend for this usage?

ime those smartscales are very inaccurate, doesn't matter the brand really , i had a dexa scan that showed 10% bf, but my "smart scale" says im 14%, big difference there, also my gym has some " body scan" that uses the same technology as these smart scales, it says that i am 7% , i just took this dexa scan(industry standard) a month ago , so i know that im not 7% or 14%, ,, ymmv

I use the TANITA RD-545HR with hand grips. they use the same technology in hospitals as well. Mine cost 500€. Even though impendence scales are overall not the most reliable. My scale is extremely consistent with it's fat and water weight metrics. You just need to measure at the same time of day and one trick is to do it when you come out of the shower and your feet are still a bit damp (improved conduction). My scale is always within range of 1-2% from dexa results. Pretty happy with it.

There are many variables that can skew the results of an impendence scale, you're right. However when i measure first thing in the morning on an empty stomach out of the shower my results are always pretty accurate.

I really like this. I usually track everything and lay it all out in Excel. It’s a bit rough and ready, but it works for me. I use Excel all day every day, so I feel completely comfortable with it. Been meaning to make a polished workbook for a while.

I’m going to take your idea and build a proper Excel workbook and dashboard. I’ll probably borrow a bit of the layout from this, to be honest, as I really like how it looks. After that I might look at turning it into a website and hosting it alongside my other site so I can access it on the go from my phone or computer. I might keep it private or open it up to the public, will see how it progresses.

I am currently working on creating something similar in spreadsheets so that I can keep track of everything in one place. I would prefer to have everything as clear as possible and, if possible, automate things using Google Forms, for example.

Have you already worked something out? Then I have something to inspire you.

Do you perhaps have an example of this, so that I can get inspiration for my own spreadsheet?

Thats funny I have a similar excel, I enter most info manually though. I also have the bloodwork cost tab lol.

Sure man. I randomized some of the data. the daily tracker sheet is the one I update on a daily basis and fill in the substances and doses I plan to take. And then there's cycle planning, bloodwork, supplements, NPC rules etc etc.

This is golden. Some of the tabs I will use for my bodybuilder tracker (stock is a great idea)

I track my weight, cycles, blood work, sample diet, sample training and PEDs to order on a Google sheets doc.

Food is logged in MyFitnessPal
Training is logged in a log book/hevy app
Days I pin is on my to do list for the week (I pin SLU daily, my current cycle & TB500 M/W/F and Reta Sunday/Wednesday)

I keep check in photos in a folder on my Google cloud storage.

I love this its pretty nice, does the meal section count up ur calories at the end of the day? Also ur todo list os nice that meal variation is sweet

I used apples shortcuts to log injections and remind me the last pinning location so I can rotate, then apple health to set routines for injections
