What do when plateau on 5x3 program.

Gotta happen soon enough.

Do you just keep repeating those weights forever and hope to go up or do accessory work for a while or go to a hypertrophy type program eg; German volume?
 
Trying doing some overload work. Or go into a volume phase. Switch exercise selection. Incorporate variations to the main lifts. There are a number of variables you can implement to break through a sticking point. Take a deload week.
