Who's Victor Martinez? said:It's not fat you have to worry about. It's that f'n sugar. Most artificial sweetners aren't too swell on the body. Calories are what you have to look at. I mean, it's just something else to have to add up. Why not drink water and only worry about food calories (including protein shakes). Those calories can go to some other food source you may need to consume for your specific needs. Diet sodas don't feed your body with anything...especially valubale nutrients.
peace.
I prefer Diet A&W Root Beer and Diet Sunkist Orange.monsoon said:you know, diet cherry vanilla dr pepper is good.
Check out Diet Rite sodas if you dont like the taste of artificial sweeteners. They use Splenda rather than aspartame or saccharin.monsoon said:HMM, diet root beer, I never thought of that. It probably has enough flavor to kind of hide that bitter diet taste.

Try Lipton Diet Teas. I'm from the south and Iced Tea is a big deal here. If you get the regular, I think it has more calories and sugar than Coke. But the diets are calorie free, and you get the antioxidants from the tea.
I try to stick to water though, and save up my cheating for beer...![]()
