I've read several peoples' concerns about the loss of phentermine effectiveness. Even after going off of it for a while, many people report that it's not nearly as effective a second time. With all of the discussion about upregulating beta receptors to keep eca & clen working, I began to wonder if it was possible to do something similar with phentermine. From a web search I've read several comments about drinking water with lemon juice in it to keep phentermine working. This appears to be anecdotal as I haven't managed to find any real research on its effectiveness. I'm wondering if a couple of weeks of benadryl/ketotifen usage might work for phen in the same way it does for eca & clen. Has anyone tried this or found some other way to keep phen effective?
