Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) injection?

I just picked up some injectable vitamin D3. Each ampule is 600,000 iu of Cholecalciferol. I’ve never used amps before. Is each amp one single dose? Am I injecting 600,000 iu at once? And how often do I dose these?
