Pfizer, I'm sure in response to heated competition from the Levitra and Cialis products, has offered a "plan" where after six purchases of Viagra, the seventh script is free. That's a pretty good deal.

My guys are all now automatically elgible for future purchases, but I wanted to make sure the rest of you have the opportunity, too.
In the interest of full disclosure, tomorrow I am going to sign a contract to train both physicians and the lay public in the use of Viagra. The manufacturers of all three products would have had me, but I choose to represent Viagra because it is, IMPO, the best of the three. None of the others have the safety studies.
Also, when GlaxoSmithKline did their study on Levitra, they excluded all who did not react favorably to Viagra (which is the same class of drug) BEFORE conducting same. Such a move automatically tells me I do not want to do business with them.
And I am just not comfortable with the window of effect of Cialis, given the risk of a coronary event in the kind of patient who generally uses this type of medication. Also, when you really read the Product Insert, you find Cialis's window is not really that great anyway--but it will prevent the use of a life-saving nitrate shoud the gentleman suffer a surprise heart attack or unstable angina for 36 hours.
I do prescribe all three. I think the best strategy is to try Viagra first, then go to Levitra if that does not work. Finally, to Cialis. Some men will respond favorably to one over the others.
