Tweaks I want to make on my current cycle (thoughts)

The premise of this cycle is to steadily build lean mass over the next 3 months (and continuing), for a note I respond extremely well to 19nors the side effects I get from them are minute or at most uncomfortable. I weigh 100kg, 6’1, 17-18% bf

Test E 300mg
Tren E 300mg
Deca 200mg

I’m thinking of increasing Deca most recently, I heard it helps with nitrogen retention which increases your max capability of adding tissue with protein, as of now I eat roughly 210-230g protein.

I also want to add GH and insulin back into the mix, and run a steroid that’s a bit wetter to counteract the dryness (like anadrol)
 
I find that there is too much overlap with trenbolone and nandrolone, trenbolone giving temporary effects like enhancing your appearance and the aggression effects, which nandrolone doesn't at the same degree. Measuring total mass gains the end results are similar but the toxicity and side effects much higher with trenbolone. Save the trenbolone for contest prep or a photo shoot.

I never try to make a calculation on which compound will lead to the most nitrogen retention or protein synthesis, simply because I have no tools to measure those factors in real time. A cycle of 750 test, run it until you stop getting stronger and stop gaining weight, then add some nandrolone and again run it until the gains stop. This would give you a much longer cycle meaning more training, maxing out the gains from each compound. and your bloodwork will be much better at the end, especially compared to the shorter cycle with all three compounds.

Even worse if you tried to continue after 3 months of trenbolone, what is your option, increase the dose? You need years of doing this to get big, this kind of cycle planning won't cut it. Same goes for anadrol, save that for special occasions or at most, at the very end of a cycle to break a plateau.
 
If you actually tolerate 19-nors well, ride out the gain train.
slowly up dosages if needed, but be aware that yo ucant run tran for long periods of time without adverse health effects.

Also, in what world are you dry right now? test. tren + deca with no AI plus adding GH+ insulin?
If you are making good gains right now, just keep on upping the food until muscle gain stalls/fat gain rate becomes too high for your liking, at which point you should up the dose a bit.

All in all, there is no need to run anadrol if you are already making good progress. Maybe use it to push through the last 4 weeks of the cycle, really push strength and all that, yknow?
 
I’m going to say up the test before anything. I think you’re throwing too many variables into play at this point.

That’s great you respond well to 19-nor’s, but I think there’s redundancy in running both tren and deca at once.

Save anadrol for later. It’s just not needed right now. Liver hepatotoxic as fuck and will likely fuck up your appetite.

Yes to HGH, absolutely not to insulin. That’s not a card you should be pulling right now. Just keep things simple and don’t get too overexcited. This is a marathon, not a sprint.

I do, when I started 6 months ago I ran double the dose of tren for 3 months. Felt no sides except for common ones like body heat and aggression.

My gains are quite small, very slow compared to what I was making when I was taking GH and insulin, every 2nd training day I’d see progress
