Ok. So I’m not trying to ask if I can scarf down some cake and pizza since I have some tren running through my body right now. I’m wondering what is the max deficit you would eat during a cut and low dose tren. (200mg/week). If you feel that the effect of 200mg would be minimal. Say so. I’m already extremely lean. 7%. Idk. Glutes aren’t striated yet but veins in my legs and abs so I’d guess I’m single digit. Hard to tel because I’m hairy and tattooed. Anyways.
I’m basically wondering how many more calories someone with a little tren could eat vs without the tren. If that makes sense.
I’m a dummy. I’m already aware. Anyways. Any input is appreciated gents.
 
I don’t have an answer to your question, but on my currently tren cycle I didn’t lose as much weight as I thought I would have, and I wonder if tren actually uses a higher percentage of calories eaten.

the body isn’t 100% efficient at anything, so I guess what I’m wondering is, let’s just pretend that on TRT my body actually burns/utilizes 70% of the calories I ingest. But when running tren, does that percentage go up to say 85-90%?

I have no evidence to back up these numbers nor have I done any research, it was more of a curiosity that I have.

I guess what I am saying is that maybe you need to be in an even larger deficit while running tren vs not running tren?

I was running 700 cal/wk deficit but that was too much and was tanking my training. Unless you need to hit a certain weight by a certain time frame, I think a standard 500 kcal/day deficit is sufficient. Just my personal opinion and that what I reverted back to once I found 700 was too much

The drugs won’t matter. Calories in vs calories out. If you’re in a deficit you are going to lose weight no matter what drugs you take. If your in a surplus you will gain weight. Play with your diet and see what works. Add 300 calories and if in 2 weeks you don’t gain or lose weight you know you are still at maintenance calories. If you lose weight then your still in a deficit. If you gain weight you know you’re in a surplus.
 
Anabolism. Your food will be utilized more optimally. Tren is very good at being anticatabolic. It was made for cattle going to slaughter so wouldnt loose any meat but you can also build with it. If your going to go with a low dose i wouldnt go to steep in your deficit
