I've been trying to find an aswer for this, but can't seem to find a Yes or No.
I started this week on a cycle of EQ and Test enth.
I have my usual diet of 30/30/40, but was wondering how effective the TKD is for bodybuilding? I'm trying to mix things up as you all know a Diet can quickly turn real boring.
Want to change it up a bit.
I need to take in about 40 grams of Carbs. 20 Pre and 20 Post excersise.
The rest will be made up of Proteien and Fats?
Will this be effective?
