Time on last dose of clen

I started clen for the first time yesterday and I was taking half at a time (ip clen Not super but strong) and I had 2 with the last half at 7 and 2 cups of coffee throughout the day with no jitters whatsoever. The only thing is I could'nt get to sleep until 3AM:

Now my chick who started last week had 1 1/2 a day for 4 days and rattled like crazy.

What time do you take your last dose?
