thoughts on "lite salt" and when to top use it?

I like throwing half a teaspoon or so in my oatmeal or other, what were non-salty foods to begin with, if I'm having major issues with cramps on cycle or I haven't had an adequate supply of iodine/potassium. Or when I'm unable to eat right during work and I'm having cramps, especially from tren, I'll throw some into a water bottle, shake it up, and chug it. Then drink another bottle full of just water and eat some simple carbs with it. It helps tremendously for me.

Just any in general? I've actually never found a place where I live that just sells straight up taurine capsules. I may incorporate creatine to push fluid into the muscle, maybe that could help cramping with an increase in water intake too? I'll look online for taurine and grab some.

You can find taurine in capsules or bulk powder on amazon.
