I think this is a very interesting read. It is written by a theologian from U of Chicago Divinity School. I personally think it is fairly non-partisan. But there are some critical comments about Bush. So, if you believe any sort of criticism whatsoever leveled at President Bush is part of some vast left-wing conspiracy, then feel free to call out Bruce Lincoln as an unpatriotic, socialistic atheist LOL.

As so often happens, Bush found God after the party. His life was at a low point (though still much better than most of America) and any interest in a future political career was going to have to be rooted in faith & commonality rather than intellect or experience. Besides, his Mommy told him that God was talking to him.

You don't say that you trust God , then start or justify a war based upon building your bank account and the rich friends bank accounts either. Total conflict of interest. He is what Jesus describes as a HYPOCRITE!!
