What if they advertise their steroids for sale in a country where it's legal?
Can they block it too?
It's only legal to posess steroids for personal in the UK, not sell. Advertising any prescription only med is illegal also in the UK regardless of who is doing the advertising, so yeah, legally it can be blocked. In practice though, openly advertising & selling gear on social media is very common in the UK & the authorities generally don't do anything about it unless prompted, eg a newspaper article. Then it's only usually targeted against the sellers highlighted by the article etc.

Edit: just realised after posting that you wasn't referring to the UK in particular with your question. No idea about other countries.
