the perfect meal....

2 servings protein powder(chocolate)
2 cups skim milk
2 Tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup uncooked oat meal
1 blender
 
not trying in any way to be rude but could u explain how this is a perfect meal. I see the whole grain (oatmeal), protein (powder), calcium from milk and oils from peanut butter. Is it not high in fats? is this intended to be a meal replacement or part of a diet?
